Unable to attend the auction?

We recommend that you should always attend the auction in order to bid in person or send someone you trust such as your solicitor, surveyor or family member to bid on your behalf. If it is impossible for someone to attend the sale room, you may bid remotely by telephone or proxy.

In order to bid by telephone or proxy Romans must be in receipt of your signed contract and 10% deposit cheque, at least 24 hours before the date of the auction. Please call the Auctions team on 0800 093 9994 for more information on how to bid remotely.
