  We had been thinking of moving for several months before we actually took the plunge and put our house on the market. I was worried we would sell our house and not find anywhere to move to, so we held back actually putting our house on the market. In this "waiting" period Scott and his team at Romans inundated us with houses that might suit us - and we viewed a couple but of course we were not in a position to make any offers until we at least had our house on the market. When we decided to do it Scott came round and assured us even if we sold, we would not be under any pressure to move until he had found us something. That did not take him and his team very long at all! Within a few weeks we were under offer on not just on one but two properties we owned, a flat and a house and also ou our offer had been accepted on house that Scott had found for us. I was really worried about the whole selling 2 properties and buying one bigger property but Scott and his team at Aldershot made this experience pain free and they were constantly in touch with us assuring us of their best attention at all times. I had a friend who had their house on with another local Aldershot agent for months and I said to them about a month ago - "Put it on with Roman's I guarantee if you really want to sell your house, they will sell it for you" I have now heard 3 weeks later they have accepted an offer. Well done Scott and team at Aldershot!

  I attempted to purchase a property ealried, 19 Kings Road, but I had to pull out due to a lot of unforseen work required. Romans helped as much as possible with this and very quickly advised that they had another suitable property for me to look at.This property ticked all my boxes and I moved forward to purchase it.Romans were throughout professional and courteous assiting with multiple viewings and queries thrown at them. I would reccommend them as an Estate Agent to any of my friends.Thank you very much.

  Romans Aldershot were excellent from them taking our property on the market until completion. They were a breath of fresh air in comparison to our experience with other local agents. Everything was much more considered, professional and also everyone we spoke to / had dealings with were very courteous, particularly Mark and Mike. The photographs they took were professional and the details were much more professional and of a better quality than others we had previously had taken or seen online. After having been on the market for the best part of 5-6 months, within 8 weeks I believe it was we had a buyer through Romans who stuck through to completion. We always had reasonable notice of viewings and also reasonable feedback. Overall the fee was comparably higher than other agents in the area, although the service matched this and we achieved the end result within a short space of time.

  I found Romans to be extremely helpful on all fronts, from the initial negotiation right through to completion. Information on the progress of the purchase was always available on request, and the sale went through smoothly. I will certainly go back to them first, as and when I decide to sell the property. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic service and personable agents who always know their stuff. At all times they had the answers to our queries and didn't let things drift along and fall apart as has been our experience of other estate agents in the past. Many thanks especially to Mike Wilson & his colleagues who saw the sale through to the last detail. Estate agents often have a bad name but we can't fault Romans, they have earnt our respect and would definitley be top of our list if we need to buy or sell in the future. Thanks so much again!

  At last! Agents who are highly professional, know their properties AND treat you like an intelligent person. Hooray! I especially liked the way the agent I dealt with had his own dedicated phone number so I always got through to him or his voicemail and he got back to me asap. When my offer was accepted everything was put in writing so I knew exactly where I stood. I strongly recommend Romans to anyone buying property in the Aldershot area.

  5 star service, thank you to scott and the team for helping make the sale of property nothing was to much trouble the extra money to sell my property was the best money ive ever spent sold my flat within 8 weeks without any fuss and always on the end of the phone to help and talk to from 9 in the morning till ten oclock at night one of the great things about romans is they are available 7 days a week as the office is open on sundays too if you want to sell your property you wont go wrong with romans even after you sell they will still keep in contact to make sure everything is going ok thank you again for a first class service

  Thank you all so much for your help and patience in selling my flat. Everyone was so helpful when things nearly fell through due to my ex. They were quick to find a a rental and then to find another buyer. I really do appreciate how supportive you were about my situation with the sale and would wholeheartedly recommend you (Mark especially) both on the Sale AND Rental side of things.   Made moving a pleasure! Thank you for all your help. Romans stayed with me from the sale right up to the move and were always on the other end of the phone if I needed any help or information! If ever I think of moving again I will definitely use Romans!

  5 stars plus Romans staff always made you feel comfortable, no pressure, at all. We had many personel unfortunate health problems through our sale but we could not have asked for a more understanding group of people, reassuring us along the way until conclusion. Really made some friends where we can call into the shop at any time and say hello. Well done all.

  Cheerful, well mannered and professional all times the staff at Romans,Aldershot ensured that the process of selling our house was uncomplicated and efficient. There was a refreshing absence of estate agent jargon. The after sales service was a real bonus. To have one person at Head Office overseeing progress of the sale, co-ordinating everything in the right order has been amazing. When do any of us ever get to speak to the same person on the end of a 'phone these days? Outstanding service greatly appreciated.
