    We relocated in February 2011 from Fleet to Herefordshire,due to my husband's job. Having used Romans to market our previous house in 2003 and very happy with their service we didn't hesitate in using them again. We found the whole team really helpful, whoever answered the phone in the office were "in the picture" of the latest development surrounding our sale, which may I add, only took 4 days. In that time we had 5 viewings and accepted the fourth offer. Having lived in Fleet all of my life, moving to a different county was very daunting for myself and my family, the support and advice we received from Romans throughout our move was fantastic.

    We chose Romans because of their interest, knowledge & enthusiasm when they came to assess our property. They kept us informed at all times, and never wavered from our instructions, despite our having an awkward buyer who tried to reduce the previously agreed price. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous, and from accepting the offer to completion was only 3 weeks!

Its high employment levels and low crime rate make it a popular choice for families, whilst commuters benefit from its excellent rail and road links – junction 4a of the M3 is just five minutes drive away, and trains to London Waterloo take less than an hour.
