    I would recommend Romans for their courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile. Lucy was excellent and truly professional throughout my dealings with her. She also booked appointments to show my house to prospective buyers on her days off which shows real commitment - I also felt she got the best possible price for my house in this difficult market and I'm very pleased with the result.     Romans were recommended to us through a member of the family that had a very positive experience with them. We give top marks to Romans for our quick sale as we sold within a two weeks of going on the market. The market appraisal was spot on and we sold for very close to our asking price. Tim Harris the branch manager was very professional, thorough and helpful at every step of the process as were his staff and all Romans personnel. Local area information for Frimley

Situated in the far west of Surrey and adjacent to the border with Hampshire, Frimley offers predominately modern houses, from smaller first time buyer homes to larger family houses and luxury properties. A number of older, character homes are to be found too, especially in the Frimley Green area. Frimley is very popular with families due to the fantastic range of local schools, and there is an extremely high demand for homes in the catchment for Tomlinscote secondary school and 6th Form Language College. The main High Street provides a good selection of shops (plus a branch of Waitrose), restaurants, pubs, banks and local businesses, and there are several major employers in the town, including BAE Systems, Siemens and Frimley Park Hospital. Commuters can also enjoy excellent travel links – the M3 is just minutes away, and Frimley station offers swift and easy access to London Waterloo.
