Sales worked very well
So called 'move coordinator' was less than useless ... provided no assistance, did not return calls, did not provide requested feedback. Was clearly working to try and look good with local Romans management and frustrated the sale process and me as the client.
This experience is likely to influence my choice when churning my property portfolio.

The way in which the sale element of our relationship with Roman's was handled well and efficiently and the asking price achieved - though not hard in the current climate and in our location in Reading. Once the offer had been accepted the level of service and attentiveness to us as the client dropped off considerably. Everyone was pleasant when they were contacted but we felt for much of the time that our buyer was more important than us and the amount of attention paid to the forward chain was lamentable; I did most of the work around managing that. Perhaps what was more disappointing was that, in spite of having made it very clear, no-one accommodated the fact that during the selling process my partner was quite ill and undergoing tests for serious conditions. I found this, frankly, poor in terms of customer relations and, overall, I don't feel that the amount of commission paid reflected the amount of effort or customer satisfaction delivered. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are obviously disappointed we did not meet your expectations however, we do take comments whether positive or negative extremely seriously and I will be in contact with you personally to discuss the points you have raised.

Sold my house at the open day, with minimal disruption and the sale completed with no stress! very fair and good communication throughout the chain Thank you for your comments, they are important to us.
