  It’s clear that the key to selling your house successfully is to set the “correct” price when first putting it on the market. In that respect, Louis d'Espagnac’s local market knowledge is unsurpassed and we were correct to accept his advice. Within a week of us putting the house on the market we had had over ten viewings, and two offers at the asking price from buyers who were registered with Romans. However, Romans’ service is much wider than just selling a house. Move Manager Nick Billson’s role coordinating and liaising with the buyers, sellers and their respective agents and solicitors in our chain must not be underestimated. A very professional service with good communications during the two month period leading eventually to exchange of contracts. If you are thinking about selling a house in Sandhurst, why would you go elsewhere?

  First class service from all the team at Sandhurst office, house sold relatively quickly considering climate and to the first couple that viewed it via them. A good indication that Romans know how to match buyers with properties. Following sale, Nick has provided a very good service trying to move the chain on and keep everyone happy. No complaints from me.

  James Linder of Romans Sandhurst has been fantastic the whole way through the process of purchasing our dream home. I cannot thank him enough for the professional approach he has continued from start to finish. James worked alongside our solicitor and assisted when required and it has been a refreshing change to have such an experience. We are also selling our property through Romans of Sandhurst and it is all progressing very well with an exchange already taken place and completion set for the end of the month.

  James was very helpful from the moment we put the property in Romans hands. We needed a quick sale and James advised on a price and we had a first time buyer within 5 days. During these 5 days he had shown at least 5 couples around the property. We were kept informed of developments at all times either by telephone or email.   This Sale was tuff. Romans found us a buyer within a few days, only for that buyer to drop out after 6 weeks of conveyancing. Thankfully Romans were able to come up with another buyer almost as soon as the property went back on the market, however, due to problems with the buyers property, this turned into a lengthy and frustrating conveyance. Throughout the whole time, Louis d'Espagnac of Romans Sandhurst, made it his personal mission to get things done and complete the sale. Without the personal attention from Louis and his team, I would have walked away several times. No one expects their sale to be difficult, but it is only in that situation that you find out how good the agent really is. I doubt I would have received the same support from one of the smaller agencies.

  We found the staff at the Sandhurst Office of Romans to be extremely professional and friendly with the sale of our home and our subsequent move. They went the "extra mile" by being supportive throughout, always keeping in touch regarding feedback, always willing to show buyers around, even helping us to find a property. Their honesty and patience was much appreciated! We felt they were truly working for our family and taking note of our needs and requirements, not just selling a property! We thoroughly recommend the Sandhurst branch and feel that their "personal touch" made all the difference to our moving experience.   After nine disappointing months trying to sell our house using two other agents at different times we decided to give Romans Sandhurst a try. The first initial dealings we had with them told us that they acted in a more thorough way and immediately we knew we had made the right decision. Over the next few weeks we were getting more viewings and better quality prospective buyers. Within a relatively short time we were getting offers and the main one within 8 - 10 weeks resulted in our successful sale. The team at Sandhurst branch were professional from beginning to end. The overall process of selling our house was very efficient and their assisting with our purchase was also very helpful. If you have a Romans office in your town I would strongly recommend you make them your first choice, whether buying and/or selling.

  I felt that I had to write about my experience selling our home through Romans estate agency in Sandhurst. From the moment I first entered the Romans office I was welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable agent who made us feel at ease and I felt confident that we would be well looked after. Everything concerning the arrangements that would be put in place were explained fully to me and my questions were answered clearly. I was made to feel special, and not just another customer. I was sure that the sale of my house was in good hands and I would achieve the best price. I have recommended Romans to other friends and neighbours of ours, because I know they too will experience a very professional and personal experience. Selling a house is probably the most stressful time you can experience, but I can honestly say that Romans took all the strain from me and it was nothing like I thought it would be. If I ever move house again, I will only deal with Romans.
