    I felt that i had to write about my experience selling our home through Romans estate agency in Sandhurst. From the moment i first entered the Romans shop i was welcomed by a friendly and knowledgable agent who made us feel at ease and i felt confident that we would be well looked after. Everything concerning the arrangements that would be put in place were explained fully to me and my questions were answered clearly. i was made to feel special, and not just another customer. I was sure that the sale of my house was in good hands and i would acheive the best price. I have reccommended Romans to other friends and neighbours of ours, because i know they too will experience a very professional and personal experience. Selling a house is probably the most stressful time you can experience, but i can honestly say that Romans took all the strain from me and it was nothing like i thought it would be. If i ever move house again, i will only deal with Romans.

    Romans are the best estate agent we have ever used in all the times we have moved ( 5 times ) we found Romans to be very polite and their communications with us excellent if we did move again i would hope that a Romans branch would be in the area that we would move to.     Very professional and hard working team. Great at keeping us up to date and they were honest! I would recommend Romans as I received the same high quality service from their Fleet branch as well. Both properties sold within 7 days of going on the market :-)

Sandhurst is a small town with a big sense of community spirit - from Sandhurst Pride, a council backed litter and street cleaning scheme, to the many local events held in the Memorial Park. The town, which has an unemployment rate of less than half the national average, has easy transport links, with convenient access to both the M3 & M4 for commuters, and has excellent state schooling available, both primary and secondary, making the area very popular with families.

For relaxing past-times, the surrounding countryside offers country walks and nature reserves, plus Horseshoe Lake for fishing, sailing and water sports.
