Amy is a real asset to Romans.
Paula Thomson - had to battle through what seemed like an eternity before exchange but handled every step with dedication and professionalism. Was always on hand & kept us informed throughout. She did a great job.

I have used Romans in Tilehurst twice over the last 2 years for selling my property. I have been extremely impressed with the Sales Team, Amy, Alex and Josh in promoting my property. Their professionalism is outstanding, their communication overall has been fantastic and full feedback on viewings has been brilliant. I have been extremely touched by their commitment, enthusiasm and would certainly recommend without any hesitation to anyone wishing to sell their property to use Romans in Tilehurst. You would not find a better Estate Agent who is trustworthy and honest with regards to your property.

Both my mother and I received really excellent service from Paula. She was understanding at a very difficult time and was always helpful and responded very quickly to any questions or queries. I have dealt with many estate agents before but Paula has certainly been the most helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending her or Romans.

Amy was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale of my late Mothers House. always keeping me informed on what was going on. The house was marketed very well by Romans, and the sale was very quick. I would certainly use Romans again if I were to move in the future. would recommend Romans. Well done Amy & crew.

We found Romans of Tilehurst extremely efficient, helpful and very capable at selling our property at our asking price. We would thoroughly recommend this agent to anybody. We have used other agents in the past but now we would only go back to Romans.

Cannot recommend enough. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, i was allowed to view the property as many times as i liked after the offer was accepted & they bent over backwards for me. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction, from all parties concerned- Thank you!

I usually do not rate customer service as excellent, however our experience with Romans can only be described this way. Not only did we sell our property through Romans but we were so pleased with the service we are buying through them also.
From the first meeting with Amy, who is friendly, approachable and professional (and always seems to be working!!) we were impressed with how efficient and communicative the whole team are. They kept us in the loop every step along the way, provided feedback, and returned calls and carried out actions when they said they would. Having had first hand experience of other agents this far exceeds the norm.
I would fully recommend Romans to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I had Paula Thomson, from Romans Tilehurst, as my move manager. I could not have wished for a better service. Paula always returned calls promptly and chased up solicitors etc, her efficiency and skill at her job ensured that the move happened on schedule, when it looked like it wouldn't. I really can't thank her enough for her continued and consistent hard work and dedication to sorting out my move. Would highly recommend.

Far too often the only reviews that get added to these sites are the negative ones so this should be a pleasant change and a well deserved acknowledgement.
Paul Thomson from Romans acted as our Move Manager once the initial offer had been accepted and for every question, enquiry, paperwork amend and progress update, Paula was efficient, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It was certainly nice to be phoned regularly with progress updates and not have to chase.

Romans have been working above and beyond to sell our property, we went from having 1 viewing in 6 weeks with a previous local estate agent WK, to having more than 10 in 6 weeks during a really hard time for the housing market. The level of service has been really good and the staff are polite and friendly. We now have a good buyer for our house and are all set for moving :-)

If you're looking to entrust some-one to sell your property then I can't recommend Romans highly enough! Polite, friendly and above all, incredibly efficient! They arranged constant viewings and always gave prompt feedback.The sold sign went up outside my house within three weeks (!!!) of putting it on the market with them. An amazing result. They really took the stress out of selling...and I never thought I'd say that about selling a house. My sincerest thanks to Amy, Josh and the rest of the team at Tilehurst.

Romans were very helpful. They had a constant stream of people coming to view the house and they were helpful and always available to assist with any issues arising. We sold our house 4 weeks after putting it on the market and they tried to help to find us a new house too. I have already recommended them to friends and am happy to say we were pleased with the service they provided. The team is friendly and approachable and happy to help.

We cannot recommend this particular estate agents enough! Two members of staff (Paula and Amy) in particular were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They helped in all aspects, in the sale of our house, including chasing our buyer and indeed solicitors of both parties. They treated all our many questions and enquires with speed and in professionalism.Amazing is not too strong a phrase, and we thank them most sincerely.

From the moment we registered our details with Romans thei professionalism was excellent. They took on board our requirements and responded within a couple of hours with a selection of houses. this included a house that was exactly what we were looking for - they advised we view as quickly as possible and even drove us there. nothing was too much trouble or effort from the start of our purchasing the property to the successful exchange this week. Communication with you and your office was superb and we were kept informed throughout the purchase. Iwould have no hesitation in using your services and company again and will certainly be recommending Romans - D Penn
