  From start to finish Romans were friendly, efficient and very effective when marketing my property, resulting in a sale. My property had been on the market with another estate agent in Wokingham. They were very polite and friendly; however, they did not manage to sell my property. On deciding to market my property through Romans I instantly received more viewings and there were a couple of offers on my property within a reasonably short space of time. I would thoroughly recommend Romans for the service they provide from start to finish and would definitely use them again.

  From the beginning of our time with Romans, the agents were very polite and socialable. This was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience with a previous estate agents trying to sell this property. Romans could answer any questions or concerns that I had about the sale of my house as we had never sold before. They understood my needs and tried hard to make sure my family and I were happy with the progress they were making with the sale of my house. They worked fast and managed to secure a sale within weeks. We could not have been happier with the work they did. The agents kept us informed of all the details and we always had an up-to-date progress report with regards to our property. We can't thank you enough Romans, you did a great job! We're very pleased to finally be moving!

  We found the staff efficient and courteous and the telephone was answered quickly. When we viewed the property a member of staff was always there on time and helpful. Romans arranged the conveyencing and survey very quickly which was very helpful. We cannot think of anything they did not do.

  After having our property on the market with a different agent, we decided to give sole agency to Romans. The results were almost immediate, we had in the first week more viewings than we had previously had in several months. We then accepted an offer on our property and left the rest to the team at Romans. Ours was certainly not the most straightforward of house moves but due to the continued efforts of Natalie we eventually completed and have now moved to our new home. I would recommend anyone wishing to sell their house to consider using Romans

  The entire Romans team were very determined to close the deal and I had great confidence that they would and indeed they did. At the price I wanted too. The process did not run smooth due to a demanding buyer but Romans helped me through all the way and I was very happy with their support and proffessional service.   We were very pleased with the service we received when selling our property with Romans Wokingham. We decided to contact Romans to value our property as we bought the property through them a few years ago. We initially had our property valued in April but decided against selling at the point, asking the valuer Michael, to follow up with us in 2-3 months as we would be more likely to be in a position to progress at that point. Michael did exactly that and we put our property on the market with him. We had a viewing arranged within 24 hours of signing the contract which resulted in an offer, and a further 5 viewings over the next week, leading to 2 further offers, one of which we accepted. To sell our house within a week was amazing. Michael was very helpful during the negotiations on the offer and since we accepted the offer. We have also had support from the Move Management team at Romans in getting contracts exchanged etc which has been very helpful. I would certainly recommend Romans due to the high level of service.

  Michael, Matthew and Natalie did an amazing job with the sale of my home. I was pleased with the speed with which Romans found prospective buyers and the eventual sale price. I was kept informed of progress and I feel the team were very professional and efficient. I have also rented my property through Romans and was very happy with the service from my property manager, Kelly in Wokingham. On many occasions she has gone above and beyond with incredible service. I would highly recommend both services from Romans.

  Romans Wokingham sold our house in 8 days - 3 offers, all above the asking price. Matthew and his team were clearly very pro-active - setting the price to sell in the prevailing conditions, marketing and selling, then bringing people to view. Once the sale was agreed, Natalie the Move Manager has worked to progress both parties to exchange of contracts despite administrative delays on the other side, in addition Romans Conveyancing covered the contract and process quickly and effectively. We found their approach very professional and helpful and they showed a good understanding of our specific requirements and timescales. We were very pleased that they delivered what was agreed on time and we were kept informed at each step of the process. Once the sale was agreed we were introduced to their Moves Manager to help with the completion of the sale. We found this service very helpful and effective.
