  Barry, Chris, Catherine and Rob provided us with excellent customer service. They were all very professional, polite and patient. They did everything they could to sell our house and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Once our offer had been accepted on the sale of our property we were then dealt with by Natalie our move manager at Head Office. She was absolutely fantastic and contracts were exchanged in just under 5 weeks. We couldn't have had a better team of people working on our behalf. 5 star service.

  From start to finish Romans proved they were worth the higher fee that they charge compared to some other agents. We dealt with Chris, Rob, Natalie and Catherine all of which always delivered all that they said they would and more. What we particularly liked was the calm professionalism, excellent advice and superb marketing of our home. We sold in just a week by means of a Romans Open House which meant we didn't have to keep having loads of viewings. It was all done in just one day!! Well done to the whole team....awesome.

  We entered into an agreement with Romans Woodley Office, the Agents name was Mr Chris Bisson who we found to be very professional, we had several meetings with Chris and after two months of very little activity due to the market conditions we sold our property. The dealing were then passed to Natalie Boyd the Move Manager based at head office. We found ourselves in a five way chain which proved to be extremely difficult to reach exchange & completion. Without Natalie's dedication and relentless hard work this chain would have broken down & we would not have completed the sale & we would have lost our new Dream Home! Natalie is a very big asset to Romans & she should be rewarded for not just going the extra yard as she went an Extra Mile. We cannot thank her enough.

  The staff at the Woodley branch were extremely helpful at every step of the way. We had not moved house for nearly 30 years so were quite unfamiliar with current procedures, Romans gave very helpful advice and were able to put us in touch with reliable removals companies, advised on conveyancing requirements, etc. They were very helpful when arranging viewings and did their best to schedule visits at convenient times. Their staff were friendly and supportive and took a real interest in our business. Once a buyer had been arranged, they also have a moves manager who assists at every step of the way with all the details and problems that come with dealing with solicitors, other estate agents involved in our purchase of a new property, and removal firms etc. All in all, Romans made a very stressful time as easy to deal with as they possibly could.

  We decided that we should make the move from Berkshire to Wiltshire for school purposes and to move closer to family now I have a family of my own and where I grew up after being away from there 12 years, and it was now or never as it would mean removing one of our two children from their school at some point which we would not want to do. So we were on a tight timescale and if we did it and sold then fantastic we would be achieving our dream and if not we had already secured a place at the local primary school so it would have meant staying so we were on tenterhooks wondering which was our life would go! We used a local agent to begin with and after 2 months and 1 viewing we started to get very panicky and reduced the price, we then decided to use a sell your home quick service and gave them 6 weeks and no luck with them unless we were prepared to almost give the house away, then we went multiple agency and again no luck so we were about the buy the school uniform for the local school and send my son for his induction day there when we decided to go sole agency with Romans in Woodley, we suggested to them that we reduce the price but on the first day on the market with them as our sole agents at the original price we had one viewing, an offer and we sold without reducing the price further like we had suggested. We were over the moon and so were our family and the impact that it has and will have on our whole future as a family in indescribable! It's nice to be home so thank you Romans for making it all possible! During the sale process we found Romans in Woodley to be especially knowledgeable and friendly and we were impressed with .They went beyond all expectation of the traditional Estate Agent even calling the Council planning department to chase up documents. You have been our rock throughout the selling process and we've never experienced such professionalism when dealing with any estate agents. Not only have you done your job, but you've exceeded all our expectations and have gone out your way to ensure the smooth sale of my house. I don't have any hesitation in recommending you to any future buyers or sellers.

  The service provided by Roman's was first class. The fees were competitive. They arranged plenty of viewings, kept me continually informed, and gave me professional advice. The staff were always polite, friendly and efficient but above all approachable. Selling my home was made as stress free as possible and I would have no hestitaion at all in recommending this branch.
