  The most pro-active of all the Agents I signed up with and lots of marketing information sent through. Lots of communication before the offer was accepted but the guys in the office were of more help than the centralised nominated person for the sale so I prefered to deal directly with them. Very helpful re poor roof survey and again proactive to secure the deal. Always pleasant and helpful

  As the property sold within 2 weeks, we were delighted, especially as there was a long chain behind us. From putting it on the market to exchange took just 3 months. We were kept informed with all the developments and have no hesitation in recommending Romans and we would use them again.   Elliott was informative, helpful, did everything he said would be done to promote and complete the sale of my late mother’s property. I was kept informed of all viewings and the results of such viewings. I was also copied promotional material associated with the sale which was well presented. Other Romans staff with whom I had dealings Daniel and Luke were also helpful and did exactly what they said they would do. Overall an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in using Romans again.

  Daniel helped Mr Young in many ways. When Mr Young was taken ill, Daniel rang to inquire about his health and he also showed prospective buyers round the house when Mr Young was in hospital and I was unable to be at the property. He was very well presented, polite and courteous. He gave Mr Young the feedback from the buyers whether it was good or bad and he kept him up to date on what was happening and on how many viewings he had arranged. He also answered questions from Mr Young truthfully for which Mr Young was grateful for. Daniel is definitely an agent we would work with again if the need arose. Both Mr Young and myself agree that we made the right decision in using Romans and would highly recommend them to other people either buying or letting a property.

  1. Daniel was professional, courteous and prompt. He never doubted that Romans would sell our property and he was right. He took over from another Agency that had failed to sell our property and immediately swung into action with viewings coming thick and fast. We very much appreciate his efforts. It goes to show that there IS a difference between local estate agencies and it is NOT just about putting the property on Rightmove. There is a reason why some agencies are cheap.

  We found the house that we wanted to purchase through Romans and they then helped us to sell our property through an open house within 2 weeks which we needed to secure our purchase. Dan, Nick & Elliott were very good at providing updates on how things were moving with our sale and purchase and answered queries straight away. I would definitely recommend buying or selling through Romans.
