  After trying a couple of other agents in Bracknell we then tried Romans, and Kelly was immediately successful in letting our property. Kelly is always available and supported by Angela and Sylvia. I would definitely recommend them to anybody considering letting their property in the Bracknell area.

Accompanied helpful visits to a number of suitable properties at a time convenient to me resulted in finding accommodation that was almost perfect.   On Saturday afternoon we signed paperwork with Chris Ward confirming that we wished Romans to act as our letting agents . By Tuesday morning we had received our first ever viewing and a subsequent offer. Kelly Luck negotiated very well for us offering help and advice where required. As a consequence by the end of the day ,an offer of the full asking price had been made and just two weeks later our tenant had moved in. A speedy, well executed, friendly and professional service! Well Done Kelly, Chris and Romans!

  At the start of our renovation, we contacted several agents for advice on rentals. Chris was the only one who kept in touch to see how things were going. We were pleased to be able to give him our business and found the service to be very professional and efficient.   I live in Australia so am some distance from my property. The team at Romans have always been exceedingly professional and efficient. Any time a tenant has moved out, they have found a new tenant promptly and they have always found individuals who have taken care of the property. I find them very easy to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

  Charlotte was extremely helpful to me. She was articulate and polite. She realised very soon after meeting me what kind of tenant I would prefer. She appreciated that the prospective tenant would be on our property. The rental property is an annex attached to the main house. I liked her straight away, not only as an agent doing her job, but as a person, she was charming and likeable. An asset to the company. We wish her the very best in the future.

  The review above states it was for Romans which I consider 4 stars, but on a more personal note I would give 5 stars to the branches Assistant Manager, Chris Ward.Chris arranged our initial viewing, met us at the property on time, gave a friendly and informative viewing, and left us to make our own decision regarding the private rental of the property.When we returned with deposit and questions, Chris was again friendly and very helpful in getting answers to our questions, which were from the mundane to the complicated as this was our first private rental, but the process was made easy thanks to his manner and approach to customer service.We have gone back to Romans for our second private rental and the service is still as good as the first time.

  Happily leave feedback for the Romans, Bracknell Office. Our lettings agent was Catherine Clarke. She was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to clearly explain all the charges involved in renting and what they were for. Also her and Sally Perchard were very good in keeping us informed of the progress of all the paperwork / requirements.Would recommend their office Thank you.

  I have worked with the Romans team for 8 years now, things have improved over the years and the succesion planning of the staff helps, Martin went to manage the region with Kelly Luck picking up the branch.Sylvia at property management always does a terrific job and over the years there does seem more cohesion between the different departments.The staff tenure and development brings value and retains knowledge within Romans, I have been out of the UK for a lot of the last year, Romans have done a good job for me.

  Romans, what can i say. After deciding to rent out my flat in the Bracknell area I contacted a few local agents to see what was on offer, the service that Kelly and Catherine provided from Romans Letting stood out from the rest so I went for them. These people are very professional, approachable and seemed to have my interests at their heart, they were always at the end of the phone when I had queries and could not do enough for me and I cannot recommend them high enough. I went for full management option and the service to date has exceeded all my expectations - painless in the murky world of property letting.
