  Romans have managed my property for the last 6 years and I have found them to be an excellent Agent. I previously used Romans to purchase my property originally in 1997 and this went through seamlessly. I then put my property up for let in 2006 and asked Romans to manage this as I was moving overseas with my partner. I have found Romans to be very professional, keeping me informed by email, always returning my calls, receiving regular photographs, details of inspections, etc. as well as monthly statements/rent etc. More recently I have been having contact with Mathew Pulford who is excellent to deal with. I am hoping to change tenants in the coming months and Mathew's help and advice are invaluable, especially as I am not able to visit the property regularly myself. I have also had contact with Barry Dilloway with regard to the inspection and maintenance of the property and would recommend him highly too. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending Romans, both for buying and selling property and also lettings management.

  Sadly due to a change in personal circumstances, the contract for our tenancy was not signed by ourselves in the end; however we found the Branch Manager at Camberley, Mr Matthew Pulford and his associate Mr Sam Atwell to be extremely professional, courteous and going above and beyond during a stressful period for our family.   Matthew was extremely helpful from the first time I walked into the office. He knew exactly what property I was after and took me to view one which he said was perfect for me. I didnt have to look at any more before deciding it was the one for me. After that, he was very thorough in explaining the contract etc. He made the process of application very easy and quick. I will definately recommend Romans and especially Matthew. Thank you!!

  In looking for a rental property in the Camberley/Frimley area I approached a number of letting agents in the area. I found the service and professional approach of Romans to be way in excess of the other firms. They were always available to assist in all matters and the whole transaction was completed quickly and smoothly.   I really dont have the words to describe my great experiance with Romans letting in Camberley. First, I rented a house in 12 Cambrian Close with Jhonathan Jackson who helped me allot and kept in touch all the previouse two years. Then when my family decide to leave back to Emirates I also kept in touch with Emma and she is great manager. Second, when I handeled the keys to Romans I kept in touch also with Kelly and Kathrin and both of them are great. They support me to find another flat to rent espically I come back alone without my family.
