Local area information

Still maintaining the feel of an old traditional market town, yet with excellent modern amenities, shops and sports centres, Fleet offers some of the most desirable yet affordable up market homes in Hampshire, along with first class schools (state and private) and a strong sense of community.

Its high employment levels and low crime rate make it a popular choice for families, whilst commuters benefit from its excellent rail and road links – junction 4a of the M3 is just five minutes drive away, and trains to London Waterloo take less than an hour. There is vibrant town centre nightlife with many bars, pubs and nightclubs, yet by being on the edge of the countryside, with Basingstoke Canal & Fleet Pond just down the road, more tranquil past-times are easily accessible.
