    Out dealings with Ben at Romans cannot be faulted. He was waiting for us at the property, ready for the veiwing (unlike other Estate Agents who were late or didn't even turn up!). He was polite, curteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He dealt with everything professionally and communicated well. Very refreshing to find someone who is willing to do that little bit more to be of assistance to others. Will certainly be in touch with him in the future should we be looking again.

    Romans now manage the lettings work for four properties that my wife and I own in Reading.They were selected because of the professional service they offer at a competitive charge. We disd evaluate other lettings agents but Romans were clearly the best service available and have proved to be very flexible and responsive to all our needs.

    Excellent service provided from initial rental appraisal right through to the tenant moving in. Any problems that have arisen during the tenancy have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
