  New tenants were found within 3 weeks of old tenants moving out. All paperwork for new tenancy processed quickly and efficiently. Kept informed of progress throughout the process.

  I have never rented before. I used several lettings agents in Reading but Romans came up trumps. I mainly dealt with Nadine Iles who was very helpful. I am away a lot so most contact was via email which was answered swiftly and usefully. There was a slight issue getting references from my employer, which is a process managed by Keysafe tenant vetting, I felt that they could have been more proactive. I moved in when I wanted and Nadine and Jason Burton were both very helpful. Being away a lot didn't faze them and I got exactly what I wanted.

  Our agent (Katie Kingham) was very efficient at responding to our questions about the property and had good communication with the landlady. We are very happy with the property and would use Romans again.

  Katie was very helpful throughout the whole process and helped out even in very tough situations when references didn't come in in time and KeySafe handed over to her. She also helped to understand the process so we as not native speaking people had a very good guidance provided by her. Thank you very much!

  I would particularly like to recommend Paula Thomson and George Steedman who have both been professional, courteous and extremely helpful with the purchase of our house. It has never been a straightforward process, but Paula has helped tie together communication with the various solicitors - while always keeping a sense of humour - while George stepped in to smooth negotiations at a crucial stage.

  We have been renting with romans for few years and our circumstances change so we had to find new place. Romans were excellent in arranging us new accomodation quickly and smoothly. Very happy with their service.

  As a professional landlord, Romans have conducted themselves in a professional manner in letting my property Their staff have done all that is asked of from my side and my new tenants who moved in (Feb 2011) were happy with the process. Happy landlord and happy tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending their work to business contacts and will use them again.

  I recently moved into a rental house and also rented my home through Romans. From start to finish the process was very smooth and I was actually suprised how much contact the agent had with me. The letting staff in the town centre office kept me updated every step of the way and subsequently I am confident that my property will be looked after well.
