Nadine Iles from Romans arranged for Jason Burton to meet me at the property to value it for rental purposes. Jason was incredibly helpful and actually valued it at a higher monthly figure than I had expected, reflecting the high standard to which I had refurbished it. He was very complimentary regarding the property and was confident of letting it quickly. It only took 2 viewings on the very first day before it was snapped up at the full asking price. Nadine and Sumudu Herath then dealt very efficiently with drawing up and processing the paperwork and 2 weeks later the tenant moved in. I am also extremely pleased that Jason found me such a good tenant who is very appreciative of his new home and I am sure will look after it well. All in all it was an excellent letting experience and I will certainly look to use Romans again when I have a property coming up for re-letting in future.

I can be a hard person to deal with at the best of times being self-employed and always unavailable to talk but Kia Buckley has been extremely professional and has chased me up, told me when/what to sign and has been a delight to talk to with any issues regarding my new tenant. Definitely will be using Romans again, and not just a small part down to the service I received from Kia.

New tenants were found within 3 weeks of old tenants moving out. All paperwork for new tenancy processed quickly and efficiently. Kept informed of progress throughout the process.

I have never rented before. I used several lettings agents in Reading but Romans came up trumps. I mainly dealt with Nadine Iles who was very helpful. I am away a lot so most contact was via email which was answered swiftly and usefully. There was a slight issue getting references from my employer, which is a process managed by Keysafe tenant vetting, I felt that they could have been more proactive. I moved in when I wanted and Nadine and Jason Burton were both very helpful. Being away a lot didn't faze them and I got exactly what I wanted.
