    From initial viewing to getting the tenancy agreement only took 24 hours - what service. Michal was especially helpful and got us out of a potentially homeless situation.

    We rented a flat. The service was quick, courteous and efficient and the staff were accessible and went out of their way to be helpful. The staff member handling the letting chased up and liaised between the referees and the vetting company to hurry the process up. After we moved in, they were happy to help sort out minor problems. We are full of praise for the service we received. A minor point is the many "optional extras" for which one has to pay, like "express service" (not necessary in our case; it took less than a week) permission for pets etc.

Local area information

Three miles west of Reading town centre, Tilehurst benefits from the many amenities of its larger neighbour – the Oracle centre is just a ten minute drive away - yet it offers a quiet suburb popular with local families attracted by its good schools. With direct access to the M4 and a local train station with a mainline link to London Paddington, the area is also popular with commuters, and has many older style character family homes as well as developments of modern estates.
