    Kelly Saunders has been our property manager now for 3 years, each time we have an issue it is rectified quickly, Kelly is also a great pleasure to deal with and very professional when attending our property every 4 months, if i were to move i will choose Romans and would like Kelly as our property manager again

    Romans have let and sold 9 flats in our building and we have found them the best agents we have ever used- perhaps it is becuase we are used to London agents, who are only interested in themselves, but Romans have definitely been a great help with the sale and letting of our flats and also managing the flats that we have let. Would reccommend them 100% and have had a pleasure dealing with them, all very friendly and are all up to date with all matters. They have even helped with things that usually wouldnt be up to an estate agent, they also act quicky on all instructions. very happy with the service.

    Annette is just great as a letting agent. She lets me know at once of any issues, usually with details of what she's done about it, or asking me to agree a plan of action. Then she just sorts it! When we need to speak on the phone she's friendly and helpful, very supportive when a tenant let us down. Can't recommend her highly enough.
