Unable to attend the auction?

We recommend that you should always attend the auction in order to bid in person or send someone you trust such as your solicitor, surveyor or family member to bid on your behalf. If it is impossible for someone to attend the sale room, you may bid remotely by telephone or proxy.

In order to bid by telephone or proxy Romans must be in receipt of your signed contract and 10% deposit cheque, at least 24 hours before the date of the auction. Please complete the remote bidding form that is available below and ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

Send your completed form, ensuring that it is signed, with your deposit cheque to the auctioneers office.

All successful buyers will be required to pay a charge of £395 (plus VAT) on each lot which can be added to your deposit.
