Please arrive for viewings promptly at the times stated. Our representatives are unable to wait for late comers as they will be conducting a schedule of viewings for the entire day and therefore cannot be delayed at a specific property.

Viewers are advised to check the availability of properties prior to commencing their journey. Romans will not be responsible for any abortive costs should a property be sold or withdrawn prior to the viewing date.
