Since its inception in 1987, the Romans Group has grown into a company that now employs over
370 dedicated personnel, working from 21 locations.

We have evolved into a successful, multi-disciplinary, independent property group and continue
to develop innovative ways to improve our services for both current and prospective clients.

Our portfolio of associated professional services includes surveying, independent financial
advice, town planning, as well as architectural and commercial property divisions. In 1991
we launched three new divisions – Professional Services, Land Development and New Homes.

Then, in 1997 flower financial services was introduced and, just ten years on, has over 19
independent advisors arranging more that £300m of mortgages each year. As you can see,
we're not a company that chooses to rest upon its laurels. We constantly endeavour to keep
raising the standards of property services so the public can come to expect the best .
