Q What do you look for in an ideal candidate?
A   Clearly, some areas of the business require a certain level of experience and qualification, such as Surveying and Planning. Q Will I receive a company car?
A   Staff requiring a car to carry out their role will usually be given a company car or car allowance.

Q What hours will I work?
A  As you would expect, the hours you work vary considerably dependant uopn the position, but in most areas are the industry standard or shorter.

Q Will I receive regular reviews?
A   Yes. All of our staff receive regular reviews from their Managers. These consist of monthly one-to-one meetings and an annual review.
