We have a sales operation dedicated to the marketing of new developments. This year, we will sell around 700 new build units for a variety of clients ranging from some of the UK’s largest development companies to successful regional developers. Over the past two years, we have worked hard to recruit the highest calibre sales staff which has resulted in us directly employing a permanent team of over 35 people. This team of Sales Managers look after no more than five developments at any one time and typically will be on site, daily, supporting the sales team and ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.
Operating from a central office, easily accessible from all main commuter routes (including the M3 and M4) we can provide a full support service to the needs of both clients and staff.
