We began, in 1985, as the specialist planning department within a multi-disciplinary practice of Architects, Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers. Then, a 1990 management buy-out made us the independent environmental planning and development consultancy we are today. Recent expansion means we now employ 22 staff with a turnover of £2 million.

Operating throughout England and Wales from offices in Windlesham (Surrey), Cardiff and Colchester, we act principally for land-owners, developers and house-builders. Although, our expertise extends to a range of other public and private sector clients such as housing associations, local authorities, residents' groups and private individuals.
