All Romans Group staff are fully supported with training relevant to their specific role, from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), NVQs in Estate Agency, CSCS Training and ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualifications, through to photography training and management courses from leading experts.

To support our commitment to professional training all new starters attend a company induction course. On the Residential side of the business the Romans Academy has been introduced to support this key area. All new recruits attend a three day induction held at our training facilities before being placed in their branch. We believe that this training supplies new staff with the key knowledge to carry out their role, irrelevant as to whether they are new to the industry or not.

It is this commitment that leads to excellent staff retention and a propensity from staff to excel.
