We receive your completed application form and fee, we will immediately arrange access to the property for one of our surveyors and confirm the appointment to you. In urgent cases we’ll try to make the survey within 24 hours.

If you have concerns about the property our surveyors are happy to talk to you before they inspect it. And when you get their report, they’ll be pleased to discuss it with you at your convenience.
