So many issues. I left Romans many years ago due to poor service but unfortunately the agency I moved to was acquired and so I ended up back with them. I'd hoped things had changed. All my issues this time were around a change in tenant. They didn't tell me for c 2 weeks that the tenant had given notice and then they didn't know how much notice the tenant had to give! They asked me to provide the Agreement! Turns out it was only a month. I made endless calls chasing them up to get on with what I pay them for! I suggested they market the property asap and use external pictures until interior ones became available. They hadn't thought of this. In fact they'd not even arranged to visit the property. There was no sense of urgency at all. They asked me for keys even though they were supposed to have done the checkout. They asked me if the property had smoke alarms - they had been managing the property. They hadn't informed me my outgoing tenant had had a pet in the house, despite my tenancy being strictly no pets! I arranged for decorators only to find that they hadn't got the electricity key from the outgoing tenant so we had no power.. turns out we didn't have the gas one either.. yet more hassle! I could go on.. and on.. and on.. Numerous times I asked to speak to the branch manager but not once was my request actioned, despite being a long standing customer and my endless list of issues. The 2 stars are for the handful of helpful people who helped me out when I was at the peak of my frustrations - there are some - thank you. If it wasn't so much hassle I would move elsewhere. An absolute nightmare all round.

I had a job opportunity come up suddenly, and I'm from the U.S., and I had 8 days to find a flat. The folks at Romans in Windsor were so lovely and accommodating given how little time and preparation I had. Sam was fantastic - he showed me a few places, and walked with me on foot to each location. And, he had details on the ready! Samantha was fantastic and kept me involved step by step as each hurdle was crossed. And, Donna went above and beyond in being meticulous and thoughtful once I had secured the place I wanted. I can't say enough about how effortless and enjoyable the process of flat hunting was with Romans in Windsor, and that's all because of their dedicated staff

Overall good - sometimes slow in response, and a lot of different people to deal with. Would be better to have one dedicated contact all the way through.
