Author: Andy McElligott

Fleet is the main town within the Hart district of Hampshire with a population of over 38,000, located in between Basingstoke and Farnborough on the M3 corridor.

Thanks to its low crime rates, fantastic transports links, desirable countryside surroundings and good local schooling, Fleet has been voted the best place to live in the UK by the Halifax Quality of Life Study every year since 2011.

The town is home to Hampshire’s largest freshwater lake, Fleet Pond, and Elvetham Heath, which is one of the UK’s largest new housing developments.
