Exciting new property services on offer as Leaders rebrands to Romans

Author: Joel Osbourne

The team in the Winchester agency have a lot to celebrate this month, in addition to getting a new name and being able to offer customers more property services than ever before, the branch is also getting a makeover!

After joining forces with our sister company Leaders back in 2015, we have been aligning our property services to offer our customers a first class, stress-free service. As part of this on-going merger, the Winchester agency has rebranded as Romans.

Whilst many of the faces will remain the same, a few new faces and services will be added. To meet the team, come to our launch event on Saturday 17th June!

Winchester Regional Director, Brett Goodwin explains the benefits of this change over: “Leaders have built up a strong presence in the lettings market and will continue to provide this same high level of service to all of our existing landlords and tenants.

What’s really exciting is that by now sitting under the Romans umbrella, we will be able to offer a wider range of services to residents in Winchester. We hope to increase our sales presence in the area and can now offer customers, open house marketing, auction services as well as access to our bespoke Home Finder service and dedicated Move Managers.”

Joining the team in the Winchester branch is James Cramp who previously managed Romans’ Farnham branch.

“I am really excited by the prospect of helping the existing team implement these new services into their already successful suite of property services. Not only can we offer sales and lettings services including; advice from ARLA qualified letting agents, our bespoke Home Finder services for sellers and our award-winning marketing packages, but we now also offer mortgage advice, conveyancing services and surveys.

Winchester is a highly desirable area for both buyers and tenants offering all the benefits of a quiet market city yet only an hour away from the hustle and bustle of London. Winchester has firmly made its mark on the list of most desirable commuter towns and with prices in London outstripping wages, it is becoming an attractive alternative.”

The property market in Winchester is buoyant and we expect to see many home owners and landlords making considerable profits from their investment over the coming years as more people move from the Capital to the countryside.

Whether you want to know more about the property market in Winchester or just fancy a cup of tea and some biscuits, visit the branch or call 01962 867415 for more information.
