It’s snow joke...

Staff at Romans' Bracknell branch were delighted to receive a very unusual 'instruction' during the snowy weather – Bracknell resident Simona Navarrete and friends were inspired to build their very own 'des res' igloo in her front garden, complete with a Romans sale board!

"I’m putting my first home up for sale and have chosen to sell it through Romans," Simona informed the branch by email. "I built this igloo with my boyfriend Jason, our friend George and a couple of neighbours. The property can easily fit 12 people - unfortunately it doesn’t have off road parking, but it does come with space for a loft conversion!"

"We handle properties of all shapes and sizes, but I think this is the first igloo we’ve ever dealt with!" said Mark Wright, Manager at Romans' Bracknell office in Broadway. Mark and his team were so taken with Simona's highly entertaining idea that they even produced some imaginative marketing material for the igloo, including a floor plan, with features described such as 'ice block seating, outdoor toilet and built in fishing hole'!

Simona was thrilled with her 'property details', adding: "I'm looking for a quick sale, as this fabulous home won't be available when the weather warms up!"
