The Romans Group has just announced the next stage in their expansion plans. February 2010 will herald the launch of their Woodley branch – although the area is far from new to them.
The Skipton Building Society has shocked 29,000 of its customers by invoking the ‘exceptional circumstances’ clause, written into all mortgage contracts since 2002.

The foundations of the Romans Group were laid in 1987, when the first estate agency branch opened in Bracknell. What followed was a swift expansion, with the company opening branches in Wokingham, Winnersh and Sandhurst. Reading soon followed, and has subsequently become the largest and busiest in the Group, and our estate agents in Farnborough, Tilehurst, Crowthorne and Lower Earley, plus a Warfield department, opened shortly afterwards too. Caversham was the latest addition to the sales and lettings agent branch network, and a new branch at Woodley is also soon to open.
With our branch in Fleet established for over 10 years, we maintain a strong estate agency sales and lettings presence in North Hampshire, reinforced by our branches in Basingstoke and Yateley. A new branch in Aldershot is coming soon too.
The Camberley branch is another large and busy office, offering residents of North East Surrey a comprehensive estate agency sales and lettings service.
