Ben Plowman gave me great advice from the beginning of my intent to sell He explained the market well , in light of the location of my house I was extremely concerned I would have to sell my property at a loss I had been given opposing advice from two other agents I’m so glad we went with Ben at Romans The viewings were genuine and with a week had two offers.
