Jack and Hayley have responded well. Recently spoke to Jack who sorted a refund for me from a client that he recommended splitting my water within my house and annexe. Although the company came to my property they forgot to cap my water supply ending with a flooded kitchen. Jack had responded well with me and worked well in getting some refund back to me. Although Jack recommended this company the problems were affected by the company that left a mess but certainly not Romans Lettings Agent fault. Romans didn't have any problems with this company before the problems occurred so possibly a one off experience. Got sorted by Jack by phoning and keeping in contact with myself and water company on a consistent basis. The water company eventually gave a refund Although it was rejected, wr both challenged the water company concerned to get a positive outcome
