The standout person in all our dealings with Romans is Jacqueline Miles-Miller our property manager. Jacqueline is professional, courteous and kind, promptly replying to emails and arranging any contractual workers to the property for any work needed and yearly checks. Jacqueline also goes the extra mile in understanding that the property is a home and when we had a tenant who was immunosuppressed, pre-arranged and ensured that any service employees, such as gas service engineers, wore masks and were respectful in attendance at the property. We feel Jacqueline should be considered a role model for other staff, with timely, clear responses, updates about all things that are happening, whilst showing respect at all times.
