My experience with romans was mixed, there was a few things I weren’t happy about with e.g how I was told I shouldn’t put offers on more than 1 property at the same time etc. I understand from a business perspective romans have to stay impartial and have the best solution for both parties, but I believe that’s part of business. However my experience with Filip Podgorski directly is what led to me to write this review. Filip was very responsive and understanding and catered towards my needs whilst making me feel seen. Nowadays it’s hard to find people in customer service jobs that go the extra mile with empathy and Filip done just that. I hope this review is picked up by the team and he gets the recognition he deserves.
