Unless you are in The Residency and enjoying our no-deposit option, you’ll need to pay a deposit of up to 5 weeks’ rent to secure the home.
The tenancy agreement is a legally binding document and outlines the tenancy terms. Read this carefully before you sign.
If we manage the property, one of our move managers will let you know when to collect your keys. Otherwise, the landlord will be in touch.
