We bought our new house and sold ours with Romans Maidenhead. Throughout the whole process, we received a good and professional service. A special shout out to Waren for helping us with submitting an offer for our new house; and to Pete, Erin and Faye for offering a great service from arranging the marketing and viewings of our house through to reaching a satisfactory offer for our house sale. We were out of the country at the time, but they kept us informed throughout the process of our house sale. We had some issues trying to arrange a final viewing of our new house just before exchange of contracts, but Erin has been very helpful and patient in liaising with our sellers (who have relocated abroad) and helped answer outstanding questions. She was also very patient with us when we went for the final viewing as we spent quite a bit of time taking measurements of the rooms! We also want to thank Kelsee in particular, who has been very efficient in chasing up solicitors from all parties (especially when ours had been pretty slow in the conveyancing process).
