I would just like to take a moment to thank Benjamin Green, senior sales consultant at Romans Reading, for the way he has gone about dealing with the sale of our rental property in Caversham. We are extremely pleased that Ben has managed to get a sale moving incredibly quickly (within a week once we committed). However, it isn't just the sales ability which has impressed us; it is that he is easy to chat to, courteous, knows his subject, listens to our opinions, offers good advice and never forgets to answer a phone call or message, which has left the greater impression. This gives us confidence that as stressful as selling a house can be, we are in good hands, and can be sure that the sale process will go as smoothly as these things can go.
