Thank You for Excellent Service – Harry Cook Although we ended up finding a flat through another agency, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support we received from Harry Cook at Romans Winchester. Harry was by far the most professional, helpful, and attentive consultant we came across during our search. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and only recommended properties that were a genuine match. His communication was consistently prompt, clear, and thoughtful, which made the whole process feel much smoother. Even though we didn’t rent through Romans in the end, our experience with Harry left a very positive impression. He’s a credit to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others looking to rent in the area.

Nick in the lettings team was clear, honest, and helpful throughout the whole rental process, making everything smooth and stress-free. In the property management side of things Debra, who has been incredibly responsive and supportive has been super prompt in supporting me with all communications. Any issues have been handled promptly and professionally, which is not something you can take for granted these days. After a few bad experiences elsewhere, it’s reassuring to deal with an agency that doesn’t ghost you or try to play games with your deposit. This experience clearly reflects the selective choice of the Landlord who has been very kind and nice, and the actual management at Romans. Romans have been a breath of fresh air, and I genuinely recommend them to anyone renting in the area.

Romans were not the preferred option as very little was known about them prior to this experience however within the locality of Windsor it was a choice of properties between Romans and Horler. Our agent was Mia and she was an absolute star with great advice around the local area which was really helpful and we ended up selecting a property. Mia was insightful as well as understanding to the needs which was a drive etc. Mia really has helped every step of the way through to key handover. What an absolute pleasure it has been and once at the property to be met by a surprise box of snacks and a card was nice touch! Highly recommend this branch as well as Mia!
