Excellent. An active sales team and good communication on progress with marketing. The price actually achieved was higher than another agent had suggested asking, and all for a competitive fee. Once the sale had been agreed in principle, it was a great help to have a dedicated “move manager” to chase up progress with conveyancing, not just with our own sale, but throughout the chain. Strongly recommended.
