I was really impressed with Romans estate agents in Wokingham. Alexandra really looked after me. On first meeting her she was very warm, friendly and professional. She showed me round and then advised me of a few things. I put my offer in and once accepted, she really helped me with the referencing side of things (I’m new to renting so this was alien to me). Her communication was fantastic as well as her professionalism. It was also a lovely touch that there was a ‘new home’ card and welcome box. Louise who did the handover of keys was also great!
