  • Prepared inheritance tax forms (include IHT 400 if required)
  • Submit the application to the probate office
  • Liaise with the probate office when required
  • Issue grants of probate on completion.

What does full administration and probate valuation help with?

  • Grant of probate service plus:
  • Take on responsibility for the estate administration.
  • Check the Will for errors and benefits that may be available through the use of a variation
  • Pay any debts and settle outstanding bills in the estate
  • Contact banks, trusts, pension, and utility providers
  • Identify available tax reliefs and exemptions
  • Issue an undertaking to pay inheritance tax at the end of the transaction*
  • Prepare final estate accounts
  • Distribute the estate to beneficiaries.
