He also found a very favourable payment arrangement for me and was even able to negotiate an earlier move-in date at my request, which I greatly appreciated. Sal was equally professional and helpful. She was always courteous, responded very promptly to all of my enquiries, and did everything possible to ensure that I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the process.
