Well, I was treated very well today by Zara Younas. I had to ask for her name after our conversation. I was very anxious and in a panic about my tenants. Zara listened attentively without interrupting before she gave advice, she asked appropriate questions to get the full facts of the situation. She laid a groundwork of trust.
