This review is specifically for the work completed by this branch for our house sale. We chose to sell through Romans as we were impressed by the Residential Sales Manager (Ian Lewis) and they offered us the best rates compared to other estate agents. It was a difficult sale with multiple drop outs, but we found their sales team to always have a pragmatic approach and were generally very helpful. 4/5 stars because they aren't the best at answering the phone and we got a bit fed up of listening to the Roman's Daily Personalised Missed Call Message which seemed to always have them quote yesterday's date. Romans handed us to LRG for the move manager part of the process which we found to be very poor but that should not affect the review of this particular branch. Less
