Daniel, the branch manager, was professional and knowledgeable from the outset. He provided clear advice and oversaw everything with confidence and care. Hayden managed the open day and did a brilliant job presenting the property — his energy and attention to detail really made a difference in attracting serious buyers. Robbie kept us consistently updated every few days, ensuring we were always in the loop. His communication was excellent, and we felt supported throughout. Kelsee, our move manager, was also a huge help. She was always available when we needed her, provided the right information at the right time, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her willingness to assist and answer questions made a big difference as we moved toward completion. Selling a property can often feel overwhelming, but the team at Romans Woodley made the whole process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area — a first-class service all round.

I recently bought a house from Romans and have nothing but 5 star gratitude for Robbie Patterson and when he was unavailable, for Daniel the Branch Manager. Indeed it was Robbie who ensured my interest was followed up by explaining to me the new Stamp Duty amounts which were more manageable for me than I had realised! He remained in regular contact and I always felt I could trust him both to help in any way he could and also in his opinions. The Sales team therefore were excellent in helping me as a buyer - my only "dis-like" was that Romans involve a " Move Manager" who , whilst monitoring progress, did so in a manner with my hard-working solicitor (of over 2 years standing,) which I found abrupt and at times, irritating.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Daniel and his team were proactive, communicative and always on hand to provide updates, guidance and insight. We previously went with Romans and wouldn’t recommend another agent in Reading tbh, first rate!
