Romans were fine in the respect of marketing and selling the property at least a four star or above rating the other aspects of the service post sale are awful, from my perspective the move manager support is something I could do without and raised my stress levels in what was already a difficult transaction. A close relative had experience of dealing with Romans solicitors and that was a bigger disaster! I would point out that Danielle Cracknell from the Fleet Office provided excellent service and other staff at the junior sales level were also helpful. We enjoyed a good working relationship with those staff.

Romans were extremely professional and helpful from first viewing of the property. Danielle Cracknell, the Sales Advisor i dealt with was absolutely first class. Extremely knowledgable, very personable and a tremendous asset to your company. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again through her as well as Romans.

We were pleased with the efforts and results made by all of the sales staff in the local office. They were very friendly and worked hard to make the sale. They did this twice because the chain fell through on the first sale. We were kept up to date with the progress at all points.
We were not so content with the follow up and progressing by the "move staff". There was hardly any contact and I had to telephone for information. The absence on holiday of the person involved at the most critical point of the process meant that I had to liaise with all parties involved. I recall that the previous time when I bought and sold with Romans the same situation arose with the "move staff". I am not impressed with that aspect of Romans system.
