I am a landlord and the service I get from your property management team is excellent (Debra Barman is first class, very professional and very helpful). So why have I not given you a 5star rating. Well the phone system to get hold of people in branch is awful, the options typically don't work or you end up being redirected to head office, who don't really know anything other than acting as a messenger. This is frustrating and needs to improve, hence why I rated the overall performance as average. I have been charged for an inventory update which was not accurate. Some of it had been copied and pasted from the last one that was done. I am not happy that the rest of it is accurate but I cannot check as the new tenant is in residence. I feel that some of the charge should be refunded but it is proving difficult to get anyone to do anything about it for me.
