At the beginning of the process, I was slightly frustrated with Romans. During the viewings and immediately afterwards, they were very attentive and responsive to my questions. However, once I had committed to the purchase, the communication noticeably dropped off, which left me feeling quite annoyed. Tamsin was handling my case at the start, but I didn’t feel she was fully invested in my purchase. The lack of consistent communication became increasingly frustrating. That said, things improved significantly when my case was passed over to Lyndsey R. This was probably the best thing that could have happened. Lyndsey was absolutely fantastic—she kept me regularly updated, was always available to answer any questions I had, and made me feel completely at ease. No question ever felt like a silly one, and she was incredibly reassuring throughout what can be a stressful process. I’d like to personally thank Lyndsey for her outstanding support—she truly deserves 5 stars.
