She worked closely with all parties involved, ensured important documentation was available when needed, and handled matters with professionalism and care throughout. Following the tenant’s departure, Lisa carried out an incredibly thorough inspection of the property, including arranging a video walkthrough so I could fully understand the condition of the property from overseas. What impressed me most was her honesty and integrity — she advised not only on what needed attention, but also what did not need replacing, ultimately helping me avoid unnecessary costs. She genuinely treated the property as if it were her own. Lisa also coordinated seamlessly with contractors, obtaining multiple quotations, reviewing options carefully, and helping me make informed decisions on the works required. Her communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt fully supported and informed. Overall, my experience with Romans has been exceptional, and much of that is down to the outstanding service provided by Lisa.
