Romans have been my letting agent for two years now. I started renting a property in Sunninghill through a private landlord back in 2019. Romans were hired two years into my contract due to problems with a previous letting agent and the landlords. Isabella York is my Property Manager. I have nothing but praise for Isabella, very easy to talk to, very understanding of my needs as a tenant and always responds to my emails and queries in a quick professional manner. The problems inside and outside the property are at long last being handled by their professional contractors, Matt and Gary from McAllister Design & Build assigned by Isabella and I have nothing but praise for the professional contractors Romans use. Thanks to Romans - Sunningdale, we were able to find a house in Ascot and move into it easily! Since we were moving to the UK for the first time, we were oblivious to the processes around renting in UK, which definitely involved many steps and paperwork. The whole process was particularly made easy for us by the local lettings advisors, Nick and Courtney. Thanks again guys, would definitely come back to you for help in future.
