Review edited after managing to contact somebody else at Romans. See bottom for update. After service during Covid is terrible. No accountability and responsiveness is generally on a 1 to 2 week turnaround. Only email is available and no phone lines which is fine given the current situation, but the answers have been short and incomplete at the best of times. The majority of the responses have also shown a lack of comprehension of questions or simple inability to answer more than a single question at a time. UPDATE: Through email I was able to get another person to help with looking at my contract amendment request. Since they've taken over the whole experience has changed night and day. The responsiveness and completeness of answers is now better than I'd expect and the amendment is proceeding through much smoother. They are now an estate agent I can recommend to others again! (P.S. Thanks Debbie for working this through with us!)

I had to express how easy it has been with Romans since we moved into Reading. More specifically how good Kimberley was in giving us advice and addressing our every need on many occasions to do with maintenance and other matters . She is very professional and quick to respond to our emails and liaising with our landlord. If I could provide more stars I would. Thanks again Kimberley!
