I chose Romans Maidenhead because I felt that their valuations were more realistic and closer to market expectations. We then got to offer within 6-7 weeks which we thought was very good given the unpredictable market conditions. I found Warren, Peter and Jacob to be of good character, persistent in getting qualified viewings and demonstrating a clear understanding of the local property market. I would have no hesitation in engaging Romans again in the future.

One of the best letting agency I dealt with. The letting process was very smooth. The best part is the support from property management. Shoutout to Jack from the property management, he is always around to help us with any issues we face during our tenancy and get them resolved at the earliest.
