It was Friday afternoon and the tenant put in a "Help Now!!!!!" request. There was no heating in the house. Jesse responded immediately getting a contractor out to the property, as this time of year you need the heat. I applauded the initiative he took. Also he saved me, the owner, money, by not having to call out the much more expensive, 'after hours' team. It turned out to be a simple, inexpensive fix. But it was Jesse, taking the lead that made the difference.

Great service. I met with Calum Johnson-Humphries and he was the most transparent estate agent i have met. Great guy and very understanding. I couldn't recommend anyone better!
