Initially went personally to their company in Farnborough to check if the place I'm interested in is still available to let. Sadly, it was let agreed. Joshua Hole managed to offer to me one of their latest flat and booked me for a viewing the next day! It was so quick that we managed to secure the place within few days. Quick turnaround time as well. There were just small issues that caused a delay to our moving date. But I would also commend Sarah for sorting it out; She was very professional when she handle my case and apologise for what happened! Just to add up, I went to other letting agency around the area just for a back up plan in case if I'm not able to get the flat I haven't heard any updates from them, they probably think I'm just messing about and I find them unwelcoming upon coming in contrary to the Romans. Anyhow, if you want a professional and nice team to help you find a place to let. I would suggest Romans and find Josh to assist you!
