I would like to give Kim Shanks a 5* review. We have been with Romans, for the past 4 years and who knows how many more to come. This has been our first rental experience in the U.K, and it has been a fantastic partnership!! Kim responds to emails professionally and timeously. She has gone above and beyond on all occasions and we appreciate your tremendous work ethic, exactly what a tenant expects when dealing with a leader in the market. There's a lot to be said for making the time to call and discuss the latest request/email and not just hitting the 'reply' button. I would like to thank Wendy Bennett for the fantastic service she has continually provided us with over the last 3 years that she has been our property manager. Wendy always deals with any issue we have in a speedy and friendly manner. She provides reassurance that things are being looked after and it's a pleasure talking with her. I know I can call her whenever I need her and she'll be there to help and offer advice when needed.
