We are just about to complete on a house purchase which has been made so much easier by Alfie Caudwell. I have come across many estate agents over the years, and have estate agents friends, and all I can say is that Alfie is one of the best. He was courteous and professional from the outset. He accommodated our requests for the initial viewings and has been very helpful in letting tradesmen into the house to give us quotes. All communication has been swift, concise and clear. I would have no hesitation using Romans, and specifically Alfie, should we be looking for a new house or selling existing ones.
