I recently moved into a property through Romans. The sales team and property management team are friendly and accommodating. Ty handled the sale of the let and was helpful throughout with various questions i had. Anne-Marie the property manager, has been incredibly helpful with everything and very personable. She's gone above and beyond to ensure things have been smooth. Sophie who also assisted the let was very helpful too. Romans offer their help and time post let of the property as well as the initial process, which isn't that common amoungst other letting agents and property managers!
