We never had any issues with Romans and they were helpful when we needed any. I feel they did work well with our landlord and do stick to regulations etc. I was disappointed that the sales person did not let me know they were not coming for any viewings anymore when they did arrange it with me. but that’s all part of the process. Thanks for all your time.
